HOW WE DO IT
Brief: The first step in designing your space is to understand your needs. Before we look at layouts, colour or materials, we look at how you want to use your space and what you are trying to achieve. An overall budget is usually discussed at this point.
2D Architectural Plans: This stage allows us to communicate our first layout ideas to you and discuss further furniture placement and the use of space. An initial material palette is also discussed during this phase.
Concept Design: During this stage we present the complete design scheme consisting of plans, elevations, visuals, mood boards and sketches where relevant. The aim is to communicate the overall vision and feel of your space and revise the design through constant communication.
Construction Drawings & Design Development: Following the concept proposal, we develop the design even further, refine and finalise all the details. A full set of architectural drawings is produced which is handed to the construction teams.
Material Selection & Procurement: Careful selection of materials, FF&E and suppliers is a crucial part of every project as it affects the overall budget. We source the right pieces for your project, select the materials, negotiate prices and place orders, ensuring that the design ideas will be translated into reality.
Project Management & Fit out: We are the point of contact between you, the suppliers and the construction teams. We will appoint contractors, co-ordinate deliveries, monitor installation teams and run the site until your project is completed!
Final Dressing: Custom furnishings, window treatments, area rugs, art and accessories are the finishing touches that could make such a difference in your new home. We can help you find all the right pieces and create an authentic and unique space!
